Seongnam esthetic salon for calf and neck dry care: Terra
In short
Terra is an esthetic salon about a five-minute walk from Sunae Station in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. I received dry care focused on calves that felt heavy after running and my usually tight neck and shoulders; the attentive consultation and pressure checks made me feel more comfortable afterward.

Because I run regularly, my calves had been feeling tight and heavy. My neck and shoulders also tend to get very knotted, so I visited Terra (테라), an esthetic salon in Sunae, for care focused on those areas.
How far is Terra from Sunae Station, and where do you park?
Terra is in Unit 121 of the Daemyung Zest Shopping Center, about a five-minute walk from Sunae Station, so it was easy to find. The hours listed in the original post are 10:30–19:00 Tuesday through Friday and 10:30–15:00 Saturday and Sunday; it is closed every Monday.

The building’s underground parking garage was spacious. When I visited, Kakao Navi showed three parking entrances; I had to use the entrance found by searching for “Parking Lot 3” to enter.

Inside, the salon had white tones with orange accents. It felt clean and calm overall.
Can you discuss the areas you want treated during the consultation?
One owner handled everything directly, from the consultation through the treatment. I first filled out a chart and had a one-on-one consultation about my current condition. I said that my neck, shoulders, and calves concerned me most, and after checking my condition, I was told the dry care would focus on those areas.

What is the changing and touch-up space like?
I changed in the powder room before the treatment. The treatment clothes were individually packaged in plastic, and there was also a hair dryer, comb, and hair ties. The space was kept clean, and it was convenient for tidying my hair afterward.

What is the foot bath before dry care like?
Before the main treatment, I had a foot bath. I was told that it is included with every treatment. It used EMS, so I felt a gentle electrical stimulation in my feet; it was not painful for me, and the sensation seemed to reach my calves, which felt refreshing.

During the foot bath, I was also served tea brewed with 둥굴레 (roasted barley root) and jujube. It tasted nice, and I drank it while relaxing before the treatment.

How did the dry care for my calves, neck, and shoulders go?
The treatment room was neatly arranged, with a warm blanket prepared so I could lie down comfortably. The tools and bed were maintained, and disposable products were available, giving me the impression that hygiene was taken seriously.

First, she felt my calves and entire legs to check their condition, then focused on the knotted areas. She did not press hard from the beginning and checked the chart I had filled out during the consultation along the way. I liked that the treatment felt tailored to the condition I had described.

Next, she treated my abdomen. She checked different areas as she worked and kept asking whether the pressure was okay, so I could receive the treatment without feeling burdened.

Last were my neck and shoulders, where I usually feel a lot of tightness. After some light stretching, she focused on the area around my neck and my shoulders. She said the sternocleidomastoid area and the point where my neck begins were especially knotted, and she treated them gently while checking my condition rather than pressing too hard.
After the treatment, my body felt noticeably more comfortable. I was especially satisfied that the care focused on my calves and neck, the areas that had been bothering me.
What treatment types and pricing are available?
Dry care and aroma care are available, with prices structured differently depending on the treatment time. The original post does not list specific prices or the duration of the treatment I received, so it would be helpful to check the time and price for the course you want before visiting.
