Handmade burgers in Mapo, Seoul: Quokka Bite’s double cheese and shrimp
Quokka Bite is a compact handmade burger restaurant between Daeheung and Gongdeok in Mapo, Seoul, beside the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail. My partner and I shared a double cheeseburger and a whole-shrimp burger; I liked the textured beef patties, shrimp fritter, and crisp-yet-moist brioche buns.
