Today my husband and I finished work and had a date in Konkuk for the first time in a while, you know?🤭 haha

We had dinner in Konkuk and finished with Beurre Beurre ice cream, and I'm about to share my review because we enjoyed it so much😋

Beurre Beurre Konkuk University Rodeo Branch: location and hours

Beurre Beurre Konkuk University Rodeo Branch is at 8 Achasan-ro 30-gil, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul (1st floor, Unit 1-5). Hours are Tue–Thu 11:30–22:30, Fri–Sun 12:00–23:00, and Mon 11:30–22:30.

It's a 1-minute walk from the station, so it's totally recommended for a walking date!

How much is Beurre Beurre ice cream?

Prices at the Konkuk Rodeo branch run from ₩4,700 for a single to ₩28,200 for a six-pack. You can choose a cone or a cup, and I heard takeout is available from the triple size.

A Konkuk date course after dinner

That day we had dinner at Seongsu Wandang (wonton restaurant), and Beurre Beurre was right there across the street.

When you're out on a date along Yeonmujang-gil, you always crave something sweet, right? haha So we just naturally walked in. The neon sign on the outside sparkles, so it's great for photos📸

It has a hip vibe, a great hot spot in Konkuk for couples hahaha

You order at Beurre Beurre with a kiosk, which supports English, Chinese and Japanese. It's said to be premium butter ice cream made with French butter, and there are 16 flavors.

What does I Love So Matcha (new flavor) taste like?

I Love So Matcha is a new Beurre Beurre flavor: rich matcha with Oreo pieces mixed in. I picked it because it's new and I was curious.

The matcha aroma hits you strongly, and the Oreo bits dotted inside are a total kick!! Bitter matcha mixed with sweet Oreo is a crazy good combo. If you like matcha, you must try Beurre Beurre's I Love So Matcha👍

What does Choco Deep Fudge taste like?

Choco Deep Fudge is a flavor known for its deep chocolate taste and chewy texture. My husband chose Choco Deep Fudge, and what can I say about chocolate, it's chocolate.

It nails both the deep chocolate flavor and the chewy texture, so I stole a lot of it hahaha The chewiness was even visible each time the owner scooped it👀

The flavor is rich but not greasy or just sweet, so it vanished in no time!

The cone was nutty and sweet too, so we cleared it down to the last bite😊

Beurre Beurre Konkuk University Rodeo Branch has seats inside and tables out front. We ate outside and rested for a bit, and it was perfect for sitting down when your legs get tired on a date.

Next time I'm planning to try the popular Cuber Cuber and Nutty Peanut Butter. I also saw a chocolate chip New York cookie for dessert, and I bet it would be a great combo with ice cream.
