Daegu Korean restaurant for bossam and potato pancake: Uldong Bossam
Uldong Bossam (울동보쌈) is a Korean restaurant on Gyeongsang-gamyeong-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu. I ordered the small bossam set and cheese potato pancake; the moist, tender pork and varied side dishes made a filling meal, while the pancake was crisp outside and chewy inside.
