What is Byway Bakers Balsan Station like?
Byway Bakers Balsan Station is a dessert café near Balsan Station, open 08:00–21:00 on weekdays and 09:00–21:00 on weekends. Group visits, takeout, delivery, reservations and Wi-Fi are all available. I live somewhere else now, but I actually lived in Balsan for almost 15 years, haha. I came back to hang out after a long time and stopped by Byway Bakers because everything looked so good!
Byway Bakers Balsan Station is super close, about a 5-minute walk from Balsan Station! Do your shopping at NC Department Store Balsan and then drop by, perfect~ It's getting hot now so the outdoor tables are a bit much... but once it cools down, eating dessert outside would be nice, right? hehe
Indoor seating and baby chairs
Here's the inside!! There are about 5 tables, and there are baby chairs too, so lots of families with little ones come. So cute....
Mango wakppu salt bread, birthday candles and party hats
You know wakppu, right? Byway Bakers has the trendy wakppu salt bread!!!! As a mango hater I didn't order it, but.... I was so curious TT_TT It's packed with mango and yogurt cream and is said to be a popular item, so you all try it 😘
There are cute candles and party cone hats too, so it'd be great for anniversaries!! (It wasn't an anniversary, but I wanted to buy them....) Water is by the counter, so help yourself~~ By the way, the water was ice cold, lol. I'd walked over in the heat and it saved me.
What butter does Byway Bakers use?

Byway Bakers financiers are crispy outside and chewy inside!!!!!!!!!! Waaah, are you team moist or team crispy for financiers? I really love super crispy financiers!!!!!! But lately most financiers are moist and felt a bit soggy to me,, Byway Bakers is different.

The salt financier is made with the basics done right. It isn't cloyingly sweet,,, it's a sweet-salty-sweet-salty one you keep thinking about ❤️❤️

The almond choco financier is one every true chocolate lover will love!! You know almond Pepero (chocolate-coated biscuit sticks)? It tastes exactly like that. Good 👍👍
Vanilla financier
The vanilla financier has real vanilla beans inside!!!!! I mean, vanilla beans at this kind price?! TT_TT
