Sincerity about domestic chilled ingredients
Oreno Ramen's biggest trait is its sincerity about ingredients. The shop says it works to use domestic chilled ingredients and keeps researching better ones.
Many places use frozen ingredients these days to cut costs, but I could feel Oreno Ramen's philosophy of using fresh ones. That effort seemed to come through right in the bowl.

How does the broth at Oreno Ramen taste?
The broth wasn't too salty or harsh, yet the richness really came through. The shop says its deep, rich broth is built on long experience researching and making soup.
The broth is the heart of ramen, and the moment I took my first spoonful, the savory umami and deep flavor filling my mouth were really impressive. I enjoyed it down to the last drop, and I think ramen lovers will be quite satisfied.

Chewy noodles and generous toppings
The noodles went well with the broth and had a satisfyingly chewy texture. It's no exaggeration to say noodles complete a ramen, and with every bite the rich broth and noodles blended in excellent balance.
The toppings were also placed with care, and the look of the bowl alone whetted my appetite. You can feel the effort and care packed into one bowl.

Is Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong okay for eating alone?
The shop is kept neat and clean, so eating alone feels no pressure. The atmosphere suggested plenty of people come in solo at lunch or dinner.
It's a comfortable space for a date, a meal with friends, or a solo meal.
