Chodaechang Byeollae Branch is a charcoal-grilled offal restaurant in Byeollae-dong, Namyangju. I tried the Mixed Grill S, comparing five cuts while the staff cooked them, then finished with chilled kimchi noodle soup. The gopchang stood out, though the meal became rich toward the end.
