This is a place where you can enjoy fresh seafood together with tender pork ribs (galbi). They cook at 300°C, which keeps the natural flavor of the ingredients and adds a gentle smoky char, they say. That's why it's popular with locals and tourists alike, a real Yeongjong favorite!

As you'd expect from a Yeongjong hotspot, there was a waiting list at the entrance, and seeing it I thought, okay, this really is a good place!!

Where is it and where do you park?

The address is 410 Masiran-ro, 1st floor, Jung-gu, Incheon, South Korea. You can park in front of the restaurant, and if the front is full, use the lot behind the building. The lot is big and comfortable, so parking shouldn't be a worry 💙

Inside the restaurant

Maybe because it's a standalone building, the inside is very spacious and comfortable. It has an upscale feel, so I think it suits dates and family or friend gatherings, and the tables are wide, which made eating easy 💛

Is indoor dog seating allowed at 300°C in Eulwangni?

Yes, dogs are allowed at 6 tables, inside the counter area and by the folding windows. People with pets can eat without worry, I think~ But a stroller or pet bag is a must!

I've been bummed that dog-friendly restaurants keep disappearing, but this one allows dogs indoors, so hot summers and cold winters shouldn't be a problem. A Yeongjong favorite that's been on TV a lot!

Dessert coffee, ice cream and the side dish self bar

This is the self bar! Staff bring the first round of side dishes, but refills are at the self bar. There's sliced pickled radish (ssambu), seasoned bean sprouts, seaweed stems, white kimchi and acorn jelly, plus seaweed soup, so take just what you'll eat 😊

If you leave a receipt review, they give you a free udon noodle add-on or a drink, so if you enjoyed the meal, leave a review and get the service!! Also, for those who write a receipt review, there's an event where setting a 5-second timer can get you up to ₩70,000 off, so try the timer event too 🙏

What's on the menu?

There are signature dishes like braised seafood pork ribs (haemul deungalbi-jjim) and haesintang (seafood hot pot), plus stir-fried octopus, seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup), seafood pajeon (scallion pancake), siraegi (dried radish greens) seafood stew and cuttlefish, and set menus at discounted prices so you can try several things. Order to suit your group and taste! (Spice level can be adjusted.) There's a good range of alcohol and drinks too 😊

The basic sides were sliced pickled radish, white kimchi, acorn jelly, stir-fried seaweed stems and seasoned bean sprouts, which go well with seafood stew. They were so good I could polish off a bowl of rice with the sides alone~ The seaweed stems and white kimchi were especially great.

Shall we get ready to eat~ The spoons and chopsticks are inside the side of the table, so open it up.

What's in the ₩49,000 couple set (for 2)

The couple set for two is ₩49,000 and comes with stir-fried cuttlefish, seafood pajeon and seafood kalguksu. We couldn't decide what to eat, so we went with this set~❤

Seafood kalguksu: taste the clam broth before adding noodles

The seafood kalguksu is a clear, refreshing noodle soup with clams, mussels, scallions, zucchini and bok choy, and it paired really well with the spicy cuttlefish and the oily pajeon~ With so many clams the broth was very clean, and the noodles come separately so you can add them to your liking haha.

The owner said that once the broth boils, you add the noodles and cook about 5 minutes, but we wanted the clear, clean clam broth first, so we ate the broth and clams without noodles at the start~ The broth was really clean and refreshing. Adding noodles is great too, but since the broth is so good, I recommend tasting it first and adding the noodles later!

Once you've tasted the broth, time to add the noodles, right? Boil them in the broth for about 5 minutes, and check now and then to see if they're cooked!

The chewy noodles had soaked up the refreshing broth and slid down easily. Probably because of all the clams, the broth tasted deep, clean and refreshing rather than of artificial seasoning, and finishing with kalguksu after the spicy cuttlefish felt like it reset my mouth, so I really enjoyed it.

300°C Seafood Galbi is good at spicy dishes, but the kalguksu is really tasty too, so be sure to try it!!

Smoky stir-fried cuttlefish

The set's stir-fried cuttlefish (gapo징어 bokkeum) had the charm of cuttlefish texture: thick yet crisp, chewy yet tender, unlike regular squid 🦑

Maybe because it's stir-fried fast at 300°C, a strong smoky flavor filled my mouth with the first bite, and the sauce wasn't just spicy but deeply savory with an addictive heat, so I enjoyed it even more~ Besides cuttlefish, it had plenty of vegetables like cabbage, scallions, onions and mushrooms!!

See how thick the cuttlefish is? Regular squid is chewy, but cuttlefish is chewier and more tender, not tough at all but plump, so I think anyone of any age can enjoy it!

Stir-fried cuttlefish with thick cuttlefish pieces

It's tasty on its own, but mixed into rice with seasoned bean sprouts and cuttlefish it's sooo good!!!!!!! The smoky flavor is strong and the sauce is addictively spicy. Officially a rice thief (a dish you can't stop eating rice with) 💚

Half-cheese, half-regular seafood pajeon

Can't skip the seafood pajeon!! Here half comes topped with cheese and half plain, so you get variety, and it's fried crisp like vegetable tempura from the edges to the center, so the texture was great!

It has lots of seafood plus scallions and garlic chives, so there was plenty to taste, and it soothed my mouth, numbed by the spicy cuttlefish, with a nutty flavor, so they paired very well.

Overall verdict on the couple set

Spicy yet smoky cuttlefish, crisp and nutty seafood pajeon, refreshing and clean kalguksu: taste and price were both perfect, a triple win 💚

The owner was kind, the restaurant was big and comfortable, and from price to quality the food was good, so I left really satisfied! If you want quality food in Eulwangni or Yeongjong, I recommend 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch!!
