Parking and fresh-baked salt bread times
For parking, use the building’s underground lot, Caris Plaza underground parking. Registering your vehicle gives you one hour of free parking.

Cafe Cozy Bear puts out freshly baked salt bread twice a day, so if you want it warm, I recommend timing your visit for one of those batches :) The bread comes out at 9:00 and 14:00. They use French fermented butter and Guérande sea salt, baking only a set quantity each day, so the shop may close early once it sells out.
Cafe Cozy Bear cooks its domestic red beans in-house and says it is just as serious about coffee as it is about salt bread. If you visit, enjoy both the bread and coffee!
They were also running an opening event: buy 3 salt breads and get 1 free~ Salt-bread lovers, don’t miss the 3+1 event 🙏✨🍀 There is also an event where you get iced tea for leaving a receipt review, so if you enjoyed it, leave a review and pick up an iced tea😀💛

A warm, wood-toned interior
Cafe Cozy Bear welcomed me with such a cozy, atmospheric space that the word “cozy” immediately came to mind 🧸🤎 Rather than flashy, noisy décor, it has warm wood tones and soft lighting, filling the whole place with a snug feeling. The moment I opened the door, the rich, nutty scent of butter made my heart melt too, somehow? The space is not huge or busy, which actually made it feel more charming and easy to take in. With atmospheric photo spots and such a warm mood, it felt perfect for unwinding over delicious bread! There were about four tables😀
The nutty butter fragrance lingering around my nose made me happy as soon as I stepped inside. 🧈✨ Since the kitchen is open, I could also see bread browning beautifully in the back, which made it feel even more trustworthy from a hygiene perspective. The delicious aroma and view alone already made me want to give the place a passing grade. 🤎

Outdoor tables that are great with pets
There were about two small, atmospheric outdoor tables in front of the shop. Sitting on the terrace in pleasantly cool weather like this with warm coffee and freshly baked salt bread made me genuinely happy. ☕🥐 The outdoor area is pet-friendly too, so if you want to stop by with your pup during a walk and relax, I definitely recommend taking an outdoor seat! 🐾✨
Milk was happy too, woof🐶✨
Drink menu and takeaway packaging
Looking over the menu, I found plenty to choose from according to your taste: coffee, signature drinks, non-coffee drinks, ades, and tea. In particular, for just an extra ₩500, you can switch to decaf or oat milk, so it seemed ideal for anyone with personal preferences or caffeine sensitivity to order without pressure!! 🥛☕ The overall drink prices also felt reasonable, so Cafe Cozy Bear was an easy place to choose from without worrying too much about your wallet 💛

The open kitchen in the back was decorated so prettily and charmingly that it was fun just looking around. 🤍 And from the salt-bread boxes to the shopping bags, the packaging design was so clean and polished that it would be truly perfect for packing up a substantial gift. It was such a thoughtful package for gifting delicious bread in an even happier way! 🎁🥐

The same-day salt bread lineup
This is the display case where you can meet Cafe Cozy Bear’s varied salt-bread lineup! 🥐✨ Perhaps because it competes solely with different kinds of salt bread rather than a complicated assortment of bakery items, its specialty really came through. From plain to red bean butter, potato, castella, pollock roe, and garlic salt bread, there were so many flavors to choose from that picking one was fun. The breads were displayed neatly in a hygienic glass case, which inspired confidence, and only salt bread made that day is sold, so I could enjoy it even more trustingly. With both freshness and flavor covered, it is no wonder it is so loved! 💛

Plain and pollock roe salt bread with iced Americanos
- 2 iced Americanos
- Plain salt bread
- Pollock roe salt bread
Smooth, nutty iced Americanos without much acidity
First, the iced Americanos had a universally pleasing flavor: not overly acidic, with a weighty body and nutty notes in balanced harmony! They went down cleanly without any muddiness, making them the perfect match for the salty, buttery salt bread. 🧊☕
Textbook crisp-outside, soft-inside plain salt bread
The plain salt bread, faithful to the basics, was the very definition of crisp outside and soft inside! When I casually split it in half, the moistness and aroma of all that butter inside hit my nose. The exterior was crisp, while the salty seasoning and nuttiness burst out more and more with every bite, so I could keep eating it without ever getting tired of it~ You can tell how good this place is just by looking at that little salt-bread round, right?
The pollock roe salt bread I kept reaching for
The pollock roe salt bread was even more appealing than I expected🥐 The savory umami unique to salted pollock roe was joined by a sharp, spicy kick, so I never got tired of it through the very last bite. The crisp-outside, chewy-inside salt-bread base carried a salty yet spicy flavor all the way through; it was truly the definition of sweet-salty-spicy balance and an addictive menu item. It was a fantastic match with coffee too, but its subtly lingering spiciness kept coming back to me, making this a dangerously moreish salt bread~✨💛
