Cleansing balm for very dry skin: HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal

Why did I use HEEDA cleansing balm on dry skin?

My skin is usually extremely dry, but in summer I was concerned about sebum, dead skin cells, and little breakouts. Doing makeup remover and cleansing separately after makeup felt cumbersome, so I used a cleansing balm because I wanted to remove makeup and cleanse in one step.

What were the texture and scent like?

Just like its name, it was a black, charcoal-colored balm. It came in a jar, so I scooped it out with the dedicated spatula, which could be stored in the space on the lid. When scooped out, it felt smooth like a finely blended smoothie, and it had almost no scent.

How did I remove my makeup?

With eyeliner and mascara still on, I applied a suitable amount to my face and rolled it over my skin. I massaged a little more around my nose and on my cheeks, where blackheads and pores concerned me, then rinsed it off after about 30 seconds.

How did it feel after cleansing, and how well did it clean?

I cleansed with this product alone without using a separate remover, and for me, it removed even mascara. I usually apply lotion immediately after cleansing, but that day my skin felt hydrated and soft, and I did not feel any stinging or unpleasant residue.

Did blackheads change in one use?

I did not expect blackheads to disappear dramatically all at once. Still, after using it, my pores felt a little tighter, and above all, its makeup-cleansing power and moisturizing feel after washing were impressive.
