What did I use the MagSafe phone stand for?
I tend to keep a video playing even while doing the dishes or cleaning. I tried the 비티냐 360-Degree Rotating Portable MagSafe Phone Stand so I could see the screen without having to keep holding my phone.
How secure was it with a phone attached?
It was a small, slim stand, but the magnetic hold felt secure. In my use, it adhered well even with a case on, and it did not come off easily when shaken.
I also kept the accessories included in the box separately.
Were landscape and portrait switching and height adjustment easy?
Because it rotates 360 degrees, I could easily switch between landscape and portrait. It was also easy to make small adjustments to get the angle I wanted, and it did not obstruct my view when placed on a desk. Once I set the angle, the screen did not easily droop down.
The three-level height-adjustment pivot let me change the height and angle to suit my eye level. The rotation was smooth, with a dial-like sound when turning it.
Bringing my phone close made the magnet snap on, so setting it on the stand was simple. Attaching and removing it was quick, too, but the magnet felt strong, so when removing it I handled it gently rather than pulling hard to avoid putting strain on the connection.
How was it for desk use and carrying around?
It was small, slim, and felt lightweight. I thought it would be easy to carry and use from place to place, whether at home, in the office, or at a café. It felt stable on a desk, and the design was simple.
It was useful for watching videos or making FaceTime video calls. With its wide range of angle adjustment, I also felt it would work well as a secondary stand when filming.
When folded, it became smaller than a smartphone, so it was easy to carry. I tried setting it up after attaching a magnetic sticker, and it adhered and stayed in place well.
The most convenient part in use was that changing the screen orientation did not take much effort, and I could fine-tune it to the angle I wanted. Attaching the phone was simple too, so I reached for it often when watching videos.
