Gangneung café with rooftop sky stairs: Baegya Coffee
Baegya Coffee is a large ocean-view café in Gangneung, Gangwon, directly in front of Sacheonjin Beach. I enjoyed corn bread, a long bread, iced Americano, and café latte, plus the rooftop Sky Stairs photo spot. Verdict: I would return 200%.
