What kind of bakery is Tomoru Bakery in Songdo?

Tomoru Bakery (송도토모루베이커리) is a bakery in Songdo where you can find a wide variety of baked goods. If you love bread, it's hard to just walk past! This is the place I visited this time, haha.

I came on a bread pilgrimage, and since Tomoru Bakery bakes with rice flour, I was even more curious, haha.

Even before going in, you can see the bright interior from far away! I think even first-time visitors will find it easily.

There are several terrace-style tables outside the shop, so it's nice to be able to enjoy coffee and baked goods outdoors.

With the weather these days, coffee outside is so refreshing, right? haha

How much are coffee and drinks at Tomoru Bakery?

There were so many kinds of bread, and being a bread lover, I grabbed tongs and a tray right away! It's a place that puts you in a good mood the moment you walk in, so all you bread fans, come gather, haha.

From coffee to other drinks and tea, the value is great. I recommend it as a café that's easy on the wallet!!

Desserts to go with coffee: can you get gift packaging?

Tomoru Bakery has egg tarts, Basque cheesecake, scones and other bakes that go well with coffee, so that's where I started my proper browsing!

Gift sets are prepared too, so it seems great for giving to people around you! For return gifts or Teachers' Day, desserts in neat, upscale packaging like this are just perfect.

What breads does Tomoru Bakery have?

Once I stepped inside, there was a wider variety of bread than I expected, and it was fun to look at each one. There was everything from light breads to snack on, to hearty breads that work as a meal, to sweet desserts and breads to go with coffee!!

At Tomoru Bakery you can find many kinds of bread, from basic sandwich loaves and salt bread (a buttery roll with a salty top) to baguettes, pastries, croquettes, sandwiches, cakes and baked sweets!! Whether you like sweet bread or plain, savory bread, you can pick to suit your taste.

With so many kinds, I agonized for a long time over what to pick, haha. You can see not only the breads you usually eat but also kinds you don't often come across, so for a bread lover, just looking around is fun.

Meal breads and refrigerated breads

Tomoru Bakery had a lot of refrigerated breads too! Desserty breads are nice, but I also found myself checking whether there were hearty options for a proper meal.

There are kinds like croquettes and sandwiches that work as a simple meal, so it seems fine when you're looking for bread for breakfast on the way to work or a quick lunch~ I'd recommend it for busy mornings when it's hard to sit down to rice, or when you're out and want something light, and also for packing up several kinds to share with family at home!!

Is Tomoru Bakery in Songdo worth visiting again?

I liked that Tomoru Bakery isn't a shop selling just one kind of bread; you can look over many styles in one place!! It also seems good for picking bread to take home, or for preparing bread to share with family and friends.

I was completely satisfied with this Triple Street bakery in Songdo and plan to come back!! Each bread is made with care, and there are breads you can only find at Tomoru Bakery, so I have a reason to visit again.
