Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Giheung Station Branch is a mushroom shabu-shabu restaurant in the basement of Building B, ICT Valley, across from Giheung District Office in Yongin, Gyeonggi. Two servings of spicy mushroom kalguksu (noodle soup) with added lotus root starch noodles were eaten all the way through — meat, minari, kalguksu noodles, and a final porridge. A satisfying, warming shabu-shabu spot near Giheung Station, perfect for cooling autumn evenings.
