It is a directly operated restaurant run by a company that imports and distributes snow crab and king crab itself, so I heard you can enjoy snow crab at reasonable prices. Let me tell you about this incredibly meaty crab!!

Ordering 2 kg of premium Magadan snow crab

Snow crab prices at Dosi Crab are market price. When I visited, Magadan snow crab was ₩89,000 per kg, while premium Magadan snow crab was ₩99,000 per kg. We ordered 2 kg of the premium Magadan snow crab! I heard it was chewier and tastier.

After you finish the crab, there are two meal options: savory crab roe fried rice for ₩5,000 and ramen with snow crab for ₩10,000~

The generous basic table setting

This is the basic table setting. It is ₩6,000 per person, and I was so pleased because the spread was really generous 🤍

Before the snow crab arrived, the salad, sashimi, fried crab, and everything else tasted above average—a great lineup to warm up for the feast ⭐️

This is the Dosi Crab highball, and it was clear in color, perhaps because it is sake-based! At first I wondered if it had barely any alcohol aroma, but as I drank it, I definitely got tipsy haha.

Scored hinoki-steamed snow crab and rich roe

Finally, the hinoki-steamed snow crab arrived ⭐️⭐️ What an incredible visual, right?!

And that rich~ snow crab roe too 🦀🦀 You all know this is the kind of umami that drives people crazy, rightㅠㅠㅠ

The crab had already been scored, so all I had to do was put on gloves and gently pull it apart! The meat yield on Dosi Crab's snow crab was insane, and the flavor tooㅠㅠㅠ🤍🤍

Try dipping the sweet-and-salty, umami-filled crab meat into the roe—it is heaven ⭐️

The claws, body, and legs were all packed with meat, making this snow crab restaurant even more satisfying for my first crab meal in a while 🦀

Finishing with crab roe fried rice

To finish, we had crab roe fried rice made by stir-frying rice with that rich snow crab roe!! This snow crab combination could not fail, and two adults could eat 2 kg very, very full 🤍
