Gwangan Bridge view sashimi restaurant in Gwangalli: Geumrang Hoetjip
Geumrang Hoetjip Gwangalli Main Branch is a sashimi restaurant on the 6th floor of the Marine Rich building in Gwangalli, Busan, facing Gwangan Bridge head-on, and it has held a Blue Ribbon three years running. The writer ordered the Subyeon Hansang for 2, a course running from assorted sashimi through butter-grilled abalone, Chilean sea bass steak, corn fritters and spicy fish stew, with one free refill of sashimi on a small plate. The highlight at Geumrang Hoetjip was the konowata (salted sea cucumber innards), spooned generously onto sashimi and wrapped with seaweed and sushi rice.
