Busan galbitang restaurant packed on weekends: Gang Galbitang Seomyeon
Gang Galbitang Seomyeon is a galbitang (short rib soup) and galbi noodle restaurant on Seomyeon 1st Street in Busanjin, Busan. Visiting on a weekend afternoon, the place was completely full, but I still got a bowl of gang galbitang for 14,000 won with extra noodles, big chunks of rib meat, and a clean broth. With a self-serve side dish bar and coffee after the meal, it works well for solo diners and for meals with parents alike.
