Gijang outlet restaurant for anchovy shrimp pasta: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is a Western restaurant on the first floor of the Gijang outlet in Busan. At a late lunch, I enjoyed 18,000 won shrimp anchovy oil pasta, 22,000 won truffle mushroom cream gnocchi, and 21,000 won lasagna, though pizza and salad were sold out. Verdict: Go for the rich truffle gnocchi after shopping.
