Bulmak Yeolsam Sajik is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Sajik Baseball Stadium in Dongnae, Busan. We had two servings each of 48-hour-aged fresh makchang and spicy bulmakchang, plus grilled cheese and beer. Verdict: the spicy makchang-and-cheese pairing was the standout.
