Lash perm for one-sided drooping lashes in Hadan, Busan: Bitnaneun

Today I visited Bitnaneun (빛나는속눈썹왁싱피부), a salon famous as one of the best places for a lash perm in Hadan. It has been running for 12 years, so it has lots of regulars and a great reputation. Let me tell you about my own lash perm experience there.

Where is Bitnaneun Lash Wax Skin, and what about hours and parking?

Bitnaneun Lash Wax Skin is open Monday to Saturday, and you can park for free in the building's tower parking (electric vehicles can't park there).

It's on the 4th floor of Cheonggyeong Building, across from Art Mall. It's right in front of Exit 8 of Hadan Station and there's a bus stop nearby too, so it's easy to reach by public transport.

On Saturdays it's open until 19:00, and you can book up to 1 hour before closing.

What's the inside of Bitnaneun like?

When you step in at the entrance, there are indoor slippers. I wondered why there were so many slippers, and then realized the inside is bigger than I expected.

It was selected as an outstanding skin care business in Saha-gu, Busan, which makes it feel even more trustworthy.

Past the desk there's a wide central lobby, a nice space for waiting or consultations.

Every seat has a wireless charger, so I charged my phone while I waited and looked around at this and that.

1:1 consultation room and an open price list

Bitnaneun has a separate consultation room, so you get a private, professional 1:1 consultation and treatment tailored to you. Personally, I liked that it aims for a natural style that suits each customer's own look, which makes it clearly different from a factory-style clinic.

There's also a space where you can have light snacks and drinks.

The price list is openly displayed, so if you feel awkward asking about prices, take a look, think about the treatment and the look you want, and then go into your consultation. I'd recommend that.

Bitnaneun is a total beauty shop covering lash perms, lash extensions, waxing and skin care, so it was really big. I heard each field has its own separate staff too. Running in Hadan for 12 years, you can really feel how solid its scale and expertise are!

A washing area, so you can come straight from work

Bitnaneun has a space to wash your face before treatment, which is handy if you haven't removed your makeup or are coming straight from work. I thought it'd be perfect for office workers.

A lash that droops faster on the left: which perm did I get?

At Bitnaneun I first filled in a lash perm questionnaire. I trusted the director's belief in a curl that is distinct but not overdone, considering eye shape, lash direction and length, and chose the eco perm from among the lash perms.

The bed wasn't cramped, and it was fresh and cool :) Some shops get way too hot, but here the temperature was neither hot nor cold and there was a subtle scent, so it was easy to relax and get treated.

Before: an old perm left kinked

The old perm was still there, but the lashes were kinked and dry, flying every which way and looking messy. After looking at my lashes and eye shape, we matched them to the shape I wanted and settled on the Bitna L-curl. When I said I was worried because my left side droops faster, she analyzed it in detail and said it's probably due to my lid-margin thickness and eye strength, which made me trust her even more.

After about an hour of treatment, my lashes were lifted nicely, natural but distinct! My eyes were clearly more defined than before and looked much bigger. Even without makeup I had that effortless "no-makeup makeup" look, which put me in a good mood.

During the treatment she explained, without any pressure, how to care for lashes suited to my eye shape, so I was comfortable and picked up some handy tips too. I was really happy with this lash perm.

Is Bitnaneun worth going back to?

Until now I'd only gone to factory-style clinics or small lash perm shops, but visiting Bitnaneun, a professional, personalized beauty shop, the care was clearly different. I was satisfied enough that I'd like to visit again :)
