What kind of café is Famous Venny Yangsan Oslo Park Branch?
Famous Venny Yangsan Oslo Park Branch is a brunch café inside Oslo Park in Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan. I knew Famous Venny as a hot brunch spot in Gwangalli, so when I found out they also had a branch in Yangsan, I was curious and went to check it out!
It was the kind of day where I wanted pretty brunch dishes and coffee while chatting away leisurely, so this place was perfect. True to its reputation as a Yangsan brunch café that draws crowds, it was really packed when I visited.
Oslo Park exterior and first impression

Arriving at Oslo Park, the aesthetic exterior catches your eye right away.

Clean-cut yet totally in line with today's brunch café look — the kind of place you want to photograph before you even walk in. As expected of a popular Mulgeum, Yangsan brunch café, it was buzzing with customers.
Inside Famous Venny and how long the wait was

Inside Famous Venny Yangsan Oslo Park Branch is just as clean and aesthetic as the outside. Every table had people enjoying brunch and chatting, and the overall bright, comfortable atmosphere seemed great for gatherings with friends or dates.

Since it's such a popular spot, there may be a wait depending on the time, so I'd recommend visiting with some spare time in mind. If you're looking for a Beomeo, Yangsan brunch café where atmosphere matters too, this one should hit the mark.
The menu and the five items ordered that day

Looking at the menu, there was a wider variety than I expected. Everything from sandwiches and toast to salads — the usual brunch suspects — plus even acai bowls, which made choosing fun. Since they serve specialty coffee, I ordered an americano too, wanting to try it alongside the brunch.
That day I wanted to try a bit of everything, so I ordered generously. :)
- Bacon scramble toast
- Egg-in-hell
- Acai bowl
- Americano
- Strawberry latte
Bacon scramble toast

Famous Venny's bacon scramble toast is about as classic a brunch dish as it gets, but the combination still works. Golden toast comes with bacon, prettily piled scrambled eggs and a smooth cream sauce.

The bacon was salty and paired well with the toast, and the scrambled eggs were fluffy and really soft. Adding the cream sauce on top brought a savory richness that made the dish satisfying. If you're not sure what to order on your first visit, this is a safe recommendation.
Egg-in-hell

Personally, this was the dish I loved for the fun of dipping bread! Rosé cream sauce is loaded with poached egg, nuts, cheese and more. Popping the poached egg and mixing it into the sauce made it even softer and more savory.

Dunking the bread in the rosé cream sauce was pure bliss! With so many ingredients packed in, it was more filling than expected. If you're at this Yangsan brunch café ordering several dishes to share, I'd recommend adding the egg-in-hell too.
Acai bowl

The visual standout was definitely the acai bowl. It came out so colorful and pretty that I photographed it before eating.

The tangy-sweet flavor of the berries came through strongly, so alternating bites between it and the toast or egg-in-hell refreshed the palate. Sweet with that distinct bright fruitiness, it paired well alongside the brunch dishes. Recommended if you're a fan of pretty food!
Americano and strawberry latte

Brunch isn't complete without coffee. The americano was clean and refreshing alongside the brunch dishes, and since they call it specialty coffee, I tried it with extra anticipation.

Sipping it between bites made for a great combination. The strawberry latte is sweet, so it seems like a good pick for anyone at the table who isn't a coffee drinker.
Is Famous Venny worth it for a group brunch?

Famous Venny Yangsan Oslo Park Branch was just the spot for delicious brunch and chatting in a pretty space. From bacon scramble toast to egg-in-hell to the bright, sweet acai bowl, the menu was varied enough that it worked well for a group ordering one dish each to share.
The atmosphere is pretty and the dishes look great too, so I'd recommend it for a date or a brunch get-together with friends! If you're looking for a brunch café around Mulgeum or Beomeo in Yangsan, give this place a try. It's a great spot for good brunch, a cup of coffee, and leisurely conversation :)
