Where is Selected Nicks? A walk from Gangnam Station
Selected Nicks is at 37 Teheran-ro 4-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul — walkable from Gangnam Station, so the access is great. It's tucked in an alley though, so keep your eyes peeled while you're finding it.
The entrance was so lush and green, really nicely done haha. If the weather's good, a terrace seat like this would be amazing! But wait — the whole building is one café, so is the owner... a building owner in Gangnam? Whew, Gangnam property owners...
Walking into the 1st floor gets you the ordering space, and there's a staircase right next to it that leads straight up to the café area too. I came in the evening and the lighting was gorgeous.

Selected Nicks, the large café by Gangnam Station, is also famous for its tiramisu. The moment you step in to order, it feels like walking into an exhibition hall lol — model displays of tiramisu and various other desserts are set up everywhere.
Last time I came there was mostly just tiramisu and baked cookies, but this time there are sandwiches too. Croissant sandwiches, salt bread sandwiches, even red bean butter salt bread. With seats this spacious it also seems like a great spot for a relaxed brunch — Selected Nicks, the large café by Gangnam Station!
Everything looks delicious and hearty, too. That teriyaki croissant sandwich looks like it'd be really good.
How tiramisu works at Selected Nicks: pick a box, then pay
Interestingly, at Selected Nicks you pick out the tiramisu in box form like this. You grab the box matching whichever tiramisu you want and bring it to the counter to pay. I was surprised at just how many tiramisu flavors there are.

True to being a large café near Gangnam Station, there really are a ton of seats throughout the building. There are solo seats like this facing the window, and I saw people doing laptop work here too. Every seat has an outlet, so I'd recommend this as a laptop-friendly café near Gangnam Station too!
The view outside is nicely green, so it just kind of lifts your mood sitting here. It's a large café near Gangnam Station, and I liked that it's kept so clean and well-managed.
How were the Americano and the financier?
The tiramisu and coffee at Selected Nicks were both delicious. Lots of people were there to chat, but everyone had a quiet, low-key vibe, so it felt like a place good for a group conversation or just enjoying some time alone. Recommending Selected Nicks, the large café near Gangnam Station!
The coffee was solid and easygoing — an Americano you can drink without any sourness! The financier had that baked-cookie kind of feel too... like a soft, fluffy pound cake. A sweet café that was great for a sugar refuel.
