Eunpyeong ramen by the Bulgwangcheon stairs, beet pickles: Oreno Ramen
Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is a chicken-broth ramen restaurant in Eunpyeong, Seoul, linked by a flight of stairs straight to the Bulgwangcheon walking path near Saejeol Station. After a walk along Bulgwangcheon with a friend, we ordered the karai paitan at 13,000 won plus a cola and filled up on the beet pickles set on the table and free refills of rice. The broth at Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is creamy rather than fiery, so anyone chasing serious heat may find it gentle.
