Myeongdong jokbal restaurant for tender meat off the bone: Miss Jokbal

Miss Jokbal Seoul Myeongdong Branch is a jokbal (Korean braised pig's trotter) restaurant a 3-minute walk from Exit 5 of Euljiro 1-ga Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. The writer brought her jokbal-loving aunt and ordered the Emperor Jokbal at 58,000 won, which arrived as a full spread with gimbap (seaweed rice roll), mook (jelly), shrimp salad, tofu kimchi, cheonsachae and japchae, plus free kimchi kalguksu and salad. Even a diner who usually finds jokbal dry called the meat at Miss Jokbal tender enough to gnaw straight off the bone.
