Myeongseung Jeju Saenggogi is a Jeju black pork restaurant in an alley near Gwangan Station in Suyeong, Busan. The meal was two servings of black pork belly and one of seasoned ribs, cross-ordered and dipped in myeoljeot (fermented anchovy sauce), with Jeju pork noodle soup and a whiskey highball alongside. Thick cuts of fresh pork, a clean bone broth with no gamy smell and a chewy Jeju bracken egg pancake make Myeongseung Jeju Saenggogi worth a return trip.
