I would like to introduce a Bible book that lets you grasp the flow of the Bible at a glance through text and images.
The Gospel of Mark is one of the Gospels. According to the Naver Dictionary, it is the oldest Gospel, written by Mark, and records the life of Jesus from his baptism through his suffering and resurrection.
This book began with the question, “What is the Gospel of Mark about?” Its structure was designed so that the Gospel of Mark can be explained in a single sentence or a short piece of writing.
To share a little of what is inside, it begins with all of Judea stirring over Jesus, then introduces two forces divided between God’s essence and human form.
The story expands through the word, casting out demons, healing, and resurrection, followed by Jesus’ death and resurrection and teachings on discipleship. It then unfolds through teaching prayer in actions and words, conflict with religious leaders, Judas’s betrayal, Jesus being crucified, and the spreading of the Gospel.

Next, I would like to share the verses that stood out to me as I read the book.
Form is more important than essence.
The Gospel of Mark is the story recorded by Mark, Jesus’ disciple, about Jesus’ three years of life, death, and resurrection.
The sower sows the word, and the word sown along the path refers to these people... But those sown on good soil hear and receive the word and bear fruit thirtyfold, sixtyfold, and a hundredfold.
Do you bring in a lamp to put it under a basket or under a bed? Is it not to put it on a lampstand? For nothing is hidden except to be disclosed, and nothing is concealed except to be brought into the open.
The land yields fruit by itself: first the shoot, then the head, then the full grain in the head. As soon as the grain is ripe, the sickle is put to it, because the harvest has come.
