Garak-dong gopchang grill with steamed egg and 3 kimchi: Jinseong
Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Garak Flagship is a gopchang (beef intestine) grill restaurant in Garak-dong, Songpa, Seoul, serving hanwoo gopchang, daechang and makchang. One gopchang platter arrives with chives, mung bean sprouts, kimchi and rice cake, alongside three kinds of kimchi, minari (water celery) pickle, garlic sauce and a hot stone-bowl steamed egg that kept the rich meat easy to finish. The meal ended with a filling kkakdugi (radish kimchi) fried rice topped with a fried egg.
