Plate Dunsan Branch is a pasta and gnocchi restaurant on the 2nd floor of a building behind Galleria Timeworld in Dunsan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. The writer met a former coworker for bacon cream gnocchi, burrata cheese salad, and classic meatball Bolognese at a window seat, and the gnocchi came out chewy with excellent sauce. Prices in the ₩10,000s with quality that outdoes them made a second visit just as satisfying.
