I was passing through Cheomdan and had missed the lunch rush, so I stopped by Eat Sandwich Cheomdan Hospital branch for a late lunch! It's right next to Cheomdan Hospital.
There is a parking lot right beside the building, but it was full when I went, so I parked on the roadside nearby.
I've started working out again and I'm eating lightly to diet, so maybe that's why I'm craving a light, healthy meal more than anything heavy or spicy!!

So today's meal is a healthy salad, diet mode on!! Haha, let's go.
Of all the Eat Sandwich branches I've visited, the Cheomdan Hospital one seems the biggest. The vibe is great and the terrace is huge too. Total European feel!
What's on the menu at Eat Sandwich Cheomdan Hospital branch?

The menu at Eat Sandwich Cheomdan Hospital branch is incredibly varied: regular salads, sandwiches, wraps, pasta salads and brown rice ball salads. You can pick whatever suits you, and you can add toppings too.

Oh, and of course, being a café, there are all kinds of drinks and coffee too!
What I ordered: konjac tuna mayo rice ball salad with smoked duck
- Konjac tuna mayo rice ball salad
- Smoked duck topping added
- Iced Americano
That's what I ordered. I agonized over a Cajun chicken topping until the very end and finally settled on smoked duck, haha. There's so much good stuff that choosing is honestly hard!!

Does Eat Sandwich have bread and desserts besides salad?
Besides salads, Eat Sandwich Cheomdan Hospital branch also has a range of bakery desserts. There are various cakes, nostalgic mammoth bread (a big soft cream-filled loaf) and salt bread, so you can enjoy coffee and bread like at any regular café. It's a great place for dieters and non-dieters to come together!!

Atmosphere and seating at Eat Sandwich Cheomdan Hospital branch
The outside of Eat Sandwich Cheomdan Hospital branch was really pretty, and the inside is just as clean and spacious, with a wood-toned interior.
There are green accents in the middle of the interior, and I feel healthier eating salad here. Or is that just my imagination!!! Haha

Eating healthy food in a pretty place is just better. The seating is roomy, so I picked a comfy spot. It was a late lunch and there weren't many people, so I could call dibs on a good seat!!
After I sat down quite a few customers came in, and Baemin delivery order alerts kept coming with riders showing up again and again. Eat Sandwich really is a salad hotspot..!!

How did the konjac tuna mayo rice ball salad taste?
Here's my healthy lunch today~! Everyone, take a look.

Smoked duck grilled golden brown. The good smell kept drifting over while I waited, which made me even hungrier, not gonna lie.

A pretty big konjac tuna mayo rice ball! It's my first time trying konjac rice, so I'm excited.

Besides the smoked duck I added, there's boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, cabbage, corn, lettuce, cheese, croutons and fried onion, so it's packed with all sorts of vegetables and nutrients!!
And a refreshing, cold iced Americano to go with it. A perfect combination.

The dressing comes on the side
I ordered the most basic oriental sauce. It doesn't come poured over the salad but separately like this, so you can sprinkle as much as you like. I loved that!!
Trying konjac rice for the first time
My heart is pounding for my first konjac rice. It's filled with tuna mayo inside!!
When I tried it, it felt no different from regular rice! If anything, it tasted even better!! And it's low in calories, right..??? I might just switch to this from regular rice from now on!! Ever since my first taste at Eat Sandwich, I've had my eye on konjac rice for dieting, haha.

Grilled smoked duck can't possibly taste bad, and it fills you up with protein too!! Eaten with the vegetables, it's a truly perfect meal.
The portion is quite generous, and no matter how much I ate it never seemed to shrink!! The salad is seriously hearty. A bite of crunchy lettuce, a bite of fresh tomato, then the konjac rice ball, a full mix of everything, and I felt the nutrients balancing out. I'm getting healthier right now~~~ hahaha

So colorful, so even prettier, haha. Pretty food tastes good. And pretty food is even healthy.

Can you work on a laptop at Eat Sandwich Cheomdan Hospital branch?
