When I visited, two of the designers at Our Hair Company Cheomdan were running a 50% event on perms, dye and straightening. The conditions: a Naver booking and a review event!

What's the atmosphere inside Our Hair Company Cheomdan?

I booked through Naver and showed up on time. The inside was bigger and cleaner than I expected.

With its roomy, comfortable space and stylish interior, it's a relaxing place to spend time, and a good spot to try a new change with styling that reflects the latest trends.

The entrance is neat and tidy too.

You wait for a bit in the waiting area, and the designer calls you over once everything is ready.

What's the order of a men's regular perm + down perm?

At Our Hair Company Cheomdan, the order was: cut → apply perm solution and roll → about 10 minutes under the machine → apply down perm solution, about 10 minutes → unroll → neutralizer, about 5 minutes → shampoo → styling and blow-dry. I chose a regular perm and a down perm with the designer running the event. My hair had grown so much that it was really shaggy. The plan was a quick cut first, then the perm, then the down perm.

Even just a simple cut made my hair look much neater than I expected! Next comes the perm solution, and then the hair gets rolled up. The designer applied the solution carefully and rolled my hair up carefully too.

Then you wait about 10 minutes under the machine.

Drinks and snacks while you wait

In the meantime, the designer brought out some snacks. For coffee, Our Hair Company Cheomdan has an Americano, café latte and vanilla latte, and for tea there's green tea, buckwheat tea and chamomile tea. Orange juice and cola are also available. I ordered an Americano, and they gave me some tasty snacks along with it!

And where the perm solution fell short, the designer carefully applied more.

Down perm on the remaining parts

Then, for the down perm, the designer applied down perm solution to the remaining areas. Again, very carefully. Since the solution was on, it was another 10 minutes of waiting!

Unrolling and neutralizing

Now the rolled-up sections get unrolled one by one!

Next, to neutralize, the designer sprayed on the neutralizer carefully. With the neutralizer on, it was about 5 more minutes of waiting!

Then I had a clean shampoo, and when I came back, my hair was already mostly done.

How did the men's perm turn out at Our Hair Company Cheomdan?

Finally, the designer styled and blow-dried my hair neatly, and it was a success! The regular perm + down perm I got at Our Hair Company Cheomdan came out really clean.

The front, back and sides all looked really neat. It's a hair salon, Our Hair Company Cheomdan, that gave me real satisfaction for the first time in a while.

My designer was quick with her hands and great at styling. Totally satisfied!
