What kind of texture is HEEDA cleansing balm?

It is a solid balm-type cleansing product described as containing Korean Jirisan charcoal and naturally derived ingredients. It was firm at first, but when it touched my skin, it melted with my body heat and spread like an oil.

When I opened the lid, there was a spatula inside as well, so it was easy to scoop out just the amount I needed.
