What texture is the HEEDA charcoal cleansing balm?

HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm had a black, solid texture. At first, it was sealed with a clear plastic cover; after removing it, I used the spatula to scoop out only what I needed. Since it is not the kind you squeeze out, it seemed less likely to spill, making it convenient to store and use.

The volume was listed as 100ml. The white-and-black packaging listed the ingredients in both Korean and English.

How did I emulsify it?

• I applied the product to a dry face.
• I spread it over areas I wanted to focus on, such as around my nose and both cheeks, as if massaging them.
• I added a little water and rubbed the areas where I had applied the product to emulsify it.
• I slowly rubbed and rinsed it off with lukewarm water.

The product melted with my skin temperature, so it was easy to spread. When I added water to emulsify it, the black formula turned gray. While washing, most of it rinsed away after one or two washes, apart from a slight residue.

How did it feel after using it around my nose?

After testing it on my hand first, I also used it around my nose, where sebum and blackheads often appear. My wife used it as a cleansing balm to remove makeup, while I used it to care for the area around my nose.

It was difficult to judge visible results after only a few uses. Still, my skin felt clean after washing, and scooping out the solid balm with a spatula was convenient for everyday use.
