Women's hiking tracksuit comfort: Everlast sweatshirt jogger set
In short
The Everlast women's raglan sweatshirt and jogger pants set is a one-mile-wear tracksuit tested at home and on Cheonmasan in Korea. I checked the finishing at home, then wore it hiking and stopped by a café afterward without changing. Verdict: a light, comfortable set for active days from spring through fall.

I enjoy outdoor activities, so I have quite a bit of activewear, but some pieces still go unworn because the fabric wears out quickly or the fit feels awkward. This time, I received the Everlast raglan sweatshirt and jogger pants set, checked the finishing at home, and wore it on a weekend hike up Cheonmasan.

When I first opened the package, the lightweight material made me worry that the knees might stretch out quickly. I liked how it felt while hiking, but I have not worn it long enough to assess its long-term durability.

How were the stitching and sweatshirt fit?
Since activewear gets washed often, I checked the stitching first. Both the top and pants were finished with double stitching, and the piece I examined had no loose threads.

The inside of the neckline was taped with an elastic band featuring the Everlast logo. My shoulders are a little broad, but the raglan design made the shoulder line look soft. The fit was comfortably relaxed rather than tight against the body, so I did not feel self-conscious around my stomach either.

How sheer was the lightweight fabric, and could the waist be adjusted?
The fabric felt cool, fluid, and substantial to the touch. It was thin and light, but I did not find it see-through when I checked it.

The pants had an elastic waistband, with an adjustable drawstring hidden inside the band. I could tighten it to my waist so the pants would not slip down.

They have jogger cuffs that gather at the hem, and they felt stretchy when I pulled them by hand. The fabric is thin and cool, so I thought they would be nice from spring through fall.

Was it comfortable to move in while hiking Cheonmasan?
As I climbed and descended Cheonmasan's steep paths, the fabric stretched well and made moving easy. The elastic waistband also held securely, so nothing bothered me while I was hiking.

The pants were ankle-length joggers. On me, they fell slimly without emphasizing my calves, so I did not feel self-conscious about the fit on my lower body.

The pocket openings had an extra line of stitching. They felt sturdy even when I moved around with my phone or car keys inside.

I lay down on the ground to take photos and got some dirt dust on them, but it came off after I shook them a few times. The light, cool feel was what I especially liked on this hike.

Was it still okay to wear after getting sweaty?
Because the top and pants came as a set, I did not need to spend time putting an outfit together. The overall fit also looked clean and uncluttered.

I sweated quite a bit during the hike, but the fabric did not cling tightly to my body. It felt like it dried back to a fresh feel quickly while I wore it, which was comfortable.

After coming down the mountain, I stopped at a nearby café without changing. It was activewear, but it looked neat enough that I did not feel awkward. I thought it would also be useful for lounging comfortably at home before heading out to exercise.
