How was the Western food combo with my mom at Jinhae Siktak?
I ate flap steak (salchi-sal, a tender, flavorful cut) and seafood pasche pasta with my mom at Jinhae Siktak (진해식탁), and the verdict first: this two-dish combo was really satisfying! The mild flap steak and the spicy-sweet, kick-in-the-throat seafood pasche pasta are so different that they worked beautifully together.
A day out eating something delicious with my mom always puts me in a better mood. This time we went to Jinhae Siktak, a local favorite known as a go-to Western restaurant in Jinhae, and my mom said the pasta was really good, which made the meal even happier.

Jinhae Siktak for steak and pasta cravings in Jinhae
Jinhae Siktak is a good place to look up when you want tasty Western dishes like pasta or steak in Jinhae. What we ordered was the flap steak and the seafood pasche pasta.
Both dishes have their own charm, but they went even better together. The rich, mild steak with the spicy tomato-based pasta kept things delicious to the very end. If you're looking for a good place in Jinhae, a meal with your mom, a family dinner or a date spot, this kind of Western combo is one I'd recommend.

What does the flap steak (₩32,900) at Jinhae Siktak come with?
The flap steak at Jinhae Siktak is ₩32,900, with mild flap meat and grilled vegetables. It comes with a variety of sides like potato, cherry tomatoes, cream and eggplant, so you can eat it however you like.
With several garnishes instead of just meat, one plate feels much more varied. Tender, mild flap steak plus grilled vegetables and the other sides was a really good combination.
When you keep eating steak, the savory flavor goes on and on and it can feel a little heavy, right? This time, the seafood pasche pasta we ordered alongside matched it really well. If you're looking for a steak place in Jinhae, try the flap steak with its sides.

Seafood pasche pasta (₩16,900): can spice wimps handle it?
The seafood pasche pasta at Jinhae Siktak is ₩16,900, and it was the dish I was especially happy with this meal! It's a tomato pasta with fresh seafood and a spicy, soupy broth. Unlike an ordinary cream pasta, the tomato-based broth is the charm here.

It's slightly spicy with the natural sweetness of tomato, and I kept reaching for more. Best of all, it isn't too hot but still has that kick. Even a spice wimp like me can enjoy it without worry!
The spicy-sweet, kicky flavor is just what Korean palates like, so I really enjoyed it. My mom said the pasta was really delicious, which made me even prouder. If you're looking for a pasta place in Jinhae, I definitely recommend the seafood pasche pasta.
Why should you eat the flap steak and pasche pasta together?
What I liked most about this visit to Jinhae Siktak was the combination of the two dishes, the flap steak and the seafood pasche pasta. Eating the mild flap steak and then taking a bite of the seafood pasche pasta balanced the flavors really well.
After fully enjoying the steak's savory taste and its sides, a bite of the slightly spicy, sweet tomato-based pasche pasta left my mouth feeling clean and reset. The kick of the pasta broth cut through the richness of the meat, so alternating between the two was great. I'd have regretted ordering just one!
Enjoy both with flap steak at ₩32,900 and seafood pasche pasta at ₩16,900. If you want steak and pasta together at a Western restaurant in Jinhae, I really recommend this combo.

A successful date with my mom at Jinhae Siktak!
I enjoyed a lovely Western meal with my mom at Jinhae Siktak, and best of all, she ate the pasta with such gusto that it made the meal even more satisfying. The seafood pasche pasta in particular was spicy but not too spicy, with a sweet tomato flavor that was easy to enjoy.
I also liked that the flap steak came with potato, cherry tomatoes, eggplant and other sides. The two dishes complemented each other, so we never got tired of them until the last bite! The date with my mom was a success, and it's a combo I'll think of again next time I crave Western food.
For anyone looking for a good place in Jinhae, or who wants steak and pasta together, I recommend the flap steak and seafood pasche pasta at the local favorite Jinhae Siktak. Order both and alternate bites! Mild steak plus spicy-sweet tomato pasta, a really delicious Western date with my mom in Jinhae.
