Seomyeon baseball bar: crispy & garlic soy half-and-half, Craft Hans

I went to Craft Hans Seomyeon Branch (크래프트한스 서면점), a great place in Seomyeon for dinner and a casual drink. Everyone around me already knew it, so I went with high expectations, and the crispy chicken with a salad on the side really was a great combo. Today I'd like to recommend it as a Seomyeon bar with great chicken.

Can you watch baseball at Craft Hans Seomyeon Branch?

Yes. Craft Hans Seomyeon Branch shows live baseball games on a big screen, so the atmosphere is perfect for chicken and beer (chimaek) with the game on. I went early, and the place was already almost full. It's clearly a popular Seomyeon bar for chicken.

There were lots of groups too, so it seems to be a go-to for company dinners and get-togethers. With the cheering and the lively mood, the meal was even more fun.

What's on the menu at Craft Hans Seomyeon Branch?

The menu has plenty of bar snacks: chicken, of course, plus pizza, fries, salads and more. Looking through it, I was surprised by how many options there were, and I agonized for a long time. With a group, everyone can order to their own taste. The menu is so varied that I definitely want to try other dishes next time.

What caught my eye was the Craft Hans beer sampler! 🍺 You can taste several craft beers in small amounts, so it's great for finding your beer taste and perfect for first-time visitors. I want to try it next time too, haha.

With so many choices I thought about it for ages, then we ordered Hans Crispy Chicken & Hans Garlic Soy Chicken half-and-half, a ricotta cheese salad and a zero cola.

The 3 sauces that come with the chicken

When you order chicken at Craft Hans Seomyeon Branch, 3 sauces come with it. Each has its own character, so dipping to taste was fun and the chicken could be enjoyed in different ways. The default sauces were enough for me, but if you need more, you can order extra for an additional charge.

How is the ricotta cheese salad? Rich ricotta, slightly salty dressing

The ricotta cheese salad came out first, and it was just right as a light bite before the chicken?! And the ricotta was really good! It was soft and richly nutty, so I just picked out the ricotta and ate that. 😂

For my taste, though, the salad had a bit too much dressing, so it felt slightly salty. (T_T) Still, the ricotta was so good that I enjoyed it.

Does the half-and-half chicken at Craft Hans come with fries?

Yes, the half-and-half chicken comes with a small portion of fries on top by default! The chicken I'd been waiting for finally arrived! Photos first, of course~

The fries aren't a huge portion, but they're enough to go with the chicken. If you just want a little taste of fries, you don't need to order a side separately ^^ The default set was satisfying on its own.

Chicken really is best eaten right there in the hall! The chicken here is fried to order, so it was really crunchy, haha.
