Seoul Forest restaurant for seafood fritters: Billadeubeulleu Seongsu
Billadeubeulleu Seongsu is a Western-style restaurant with a Spanish-resort feel, a 5-minute walk from Exit 5 of Seoul Forest Station in Seongdong, Seoul. On a clear day the terrace seats were the pick, and the order was polpo mambo (grilled octopus), truffle gnocchi and seafood fritters: the octopus crisp outside and tender inside, the gnocchi cream sauce thick, the fritter batter thin and crunchy. Billadeubeulleu Seongsu is dog-friendly and has an unlimited sparkling wine option, so it works well as a Seoul Forest date course.
