Downtown Daegu Believe Heritage (다운타우너 대구빌리브헤리티지점) is open every day from 11:30 to 21:30, with last order at 20:30. The parking lot is at 1026-1 Suseong-dong 4-ga, Daegu, and if you spend ₩30,000 or more you get a free 1-hour parking voucher.

I like burgers in general, but chain burgers and handmade burgers each have their own charm. Handmade ones are more generous and the ingredients feel fresher. This is about Downtown at Believe Heritage, which is famous as a Beomeo, Daegu favorite, and they recently launched a new menu item too. It's popular whenever you go, so let me introduce it~~

Downtown Believe Heritage is in the Believe Heritage shopping block in Beomeo, Daegu, so it's easy to get to, and it's a short distance from Daegueunhaeng Station.

There's parking support if you come by car, so it was easy to visit. We just parked on the side of the road, haha!

Is Downtown in Beomeo-dong good for a meal with a baby?

There are high chairs at Downtown Believe Heritage, so it's good to visit with a baby~~ The interior is wood-toned, clean and stylish overall. With the bright lighting it felt casual yet comfortable, and it looked good for a meal with friends or even a date.

How to order at Downtown and the chicken burgers we picked

You can order easily at a kiosk. There are so many menu items that I agonized for ages, haha

This time we ordered the Crispy Chicken Burger and the Kiri Cream Cheese Chicken Burger. We added Jumbo Mozzarella Sticks and drinks, then waited.

Drinks come from a dispenser, which is handy when you visit with several people. There's also a self bar where you can grab pickles to eat.

What is the bun like on Downtown's handmade burgers?

Our order came out, and it looked so appetizing from the first glance. Seeing the burgers piled on the plate, I understood all over again why we seek out handmade burgers, haha

With handmade burgers the bread matters, and Downtown's bun is delicious on its own, haha. It's covered in sesame seeds, so it's fun to look at, and even by itself it's soft and moist, which went well with the fillings, so I enjoyed it down to the last bite.

Crispy Chicken Burger: how does it taste?

True to its name, the first thing you notice about the Crispy Chicken Burger is the crunch of the chicken patty. The moment I bit in, I could hear the crispy coating..!

It's crispy outside but the meat inside stays juicy, so it isn't dry at all and eats soft. I think it's chicken thigh. The veggies are like coleslaw, and with the sauce it all came together without being greasy, so it was clean and easy to eat. Chicken burgers are my personal favorite, and this was more satisfying than I expected.

New Kiri Cream Cheese Chicken Burger: how does it taste?

I tried the new Kiri Cream Cheese Chicken Burger I'd been curious about right away too, haha. I couldn't imagine how chicken burger and cream cheese would work, but it actually went together far better than I expected. The soft, nutty Kiri cream cheese met the crunchy chicken patty and made a different kind of flavor.

Downtown sides: fries and Jumbo Mozzarella Sticks

In between bites we ate the pickles from the self bar and the fries. Downtown's fries are the thick style, so they go well with the chicken burger, haha. They're freshly fried, crispy and hot, unlike ordinary fries.

The Jumbo Mozzarella Sticks are something I order every time I come to Downtown. They're big like the name says, and the cheese that stretches on and on~~~ is a work of art,,, You can choose the side sauce.

It had been a while since my last visit to Downtown Believe Heritage, the handmade burger spot in Beomeo, Daegu, and the ingredients were fresh and every item was well made, so it was a satisfying meal.
