Sindang cocktail bar with fig cocktails and linguine: Plot
Plot is a cocktail bar in Sindang-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, serving inventive drinks alongside dinner dishes. I tried a fig-leaf-oil cocktail, an 8% Ratafia Cobbler, fried meatballs, garlic confit linguine, tiramisu, and grappa. Verdict: a lovely choice for quiet conversation and thoughtful pairings.
