Spicy sujebi and gyoza dumplings for a spice lightweight: Gangnam
Gangnam Gyoja Bundang Seohyeon Branch is a kalguksu (noodle soup) and dumpling restaurant near Seohyeon Station in Seongnam, Gyeonggi. Visiting around 1 p.m. to skip the lunch rush, the writer tried the spicy sujebi (hand-torn noodle soup) and gyoza dumplings, finding the chewy dough and spicy broth a great combo that crept up on a self-declared spice lightweight. It's a good pick near Seohyeon Station when you want a warm, filling bowl of soup.
