Yuseong pork belly with self-serve side bar and garlic: Jeonju House
Jeonju House is a Korean pork belly restaurant in Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong, Daejeon, where domestic fresh pork belly is grilled on a cast-iron pot lid. At Jeonju House the pork belly is cooked together with aged kimchi and garlic on the lid, served with a 2,000 won doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), and side dishes can be refilled as often as you like at the self-serve corner. It felt less like a meat-only meal and more like a full, filling Korean dinner.
