Cheonan pork rib restaurant with cheek meat and somyeon: Motsaenggin
Motsaenggin Ttungdwaeji Cheongdang Branch is a pork specialty-cuts barbecue restaurant near Hanaro Mart in Cheongdang-dong, Cheonan, Chungnam. A family of four came to help their daughter build her strength back after flu quarantine, ordering two servings of raw pork ribs at 17,000 won, cheonsang neck meat (the chewy kkodeulsal cut) and pork cheek meat at 16,000 won each, steamed egg custard and somyeon noodles to finish. With the salted-fish and perilla-leaf wrap combo, a self-serve side bar and free slushies and coffee for dessert, Motsaenggin Ttungdwaeji made an easy family dinner out.
