Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch is a sushi restaurant in the heart of Sinbuldang, Cheonan, Chungnam. On a third visit the writer skipped the sets and ordered pieces one by one — flounder, squid, monkfish liver with sweet shrimp, uni with sweet shrimp, beef tartare gamtae (seaweed) sushi, salmon and aged-kimchi flounder — with a croquette, udon and broth included with any sushi order. The monkfish liver and sweet shrimp pairing was the standout, and since the room is small, groups should book ahead.
