Korean set meal with braised kodari pollock in Jecheon: Deulbabae
Deulbabae Forest Resom Branch is a Korean set-meal (hanjeongsik) restaurant on the 3rd floor of Forest Club inside Forest Resom in Baekwoon-myeon, Jecheon. The Spring Snow Table set for two arrived with braised kodari (half-dried pollock) as one of the standard side dishes, plus stone-pot rice, a doenjang stew heated on a tabletop burner, spicy pork bulgogi, grilled mackerel, and a nurungji (scorched rice) finish. Deulbabae is a neat, tidy spread that suits kids and grandparents eating at the same table.
