Quiet Seoul Station café before a train home, scone & oat latte: Dance

Today's spot is Dance Dance Dance, a Seoul Station favorite for cookies. The coffee is good, the desserts are good, and I hear the sandwiches are good too. I had a big gap of time before heading home to my hometown, so I dropped by for a cup of coffee.

Where is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station?

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a 1-minute walk from Seoul Station Exit 4, in the basement of Grand Central. It's close to where you board trains at Seoul Station too, so if you're looking for a comfortable café, give it a try. There seemed to be another café right next door. A place for tasty sandwiches and coffee~~ It opens early in the morning, so it'd be nice for brunch too.

Seating and atmosphere on a weekday evening

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station has lots of roomy seating. First of all, the ceiling is very high, so it feels airy. I came on a weekday evening and it was quiet and lovely.

Here's the sandwich and baguette menu at Dance Dance Dance. It says you can swap to ciabatta up to the mushroom grilled sandwich.

Please check the photo for the menu :) Lots of sandwiches and baguettes... they look great for a simple meal. With so many baguette options, this must be a baguette place indeed. I want to try the honey butter baguette and the cod roe baguette.

There's a nice range of coffee too, from americano to oat milk latte, cold brew, drip bags and coffee beans~ And there's a Dance Brunch Set, so if you want coffee with a sandwich or baguette, that'd be just right!!

A café at Seoul Station that isn't crowded

At Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station you can pay easily at a kiosk. There weren't many people, so I could order right away without waiting. There are lots of cafés in Seoul Station, but they don't have many seats and get so crowded and noisy, which I dislike. This place is just right, I'd say~?

Baguettes and bakery in the display case

Wow, the baguettes look so crispy and delicious~~ At a baguette place, even just buying a baguette and topping it with ham and cheese is tasty. You all know a place with good baguettes is a real bakery. Maybe that's why... the bakery items looked so good 🤤

The ciabatta and scones look yummy too, mouth watering. Not everything on the menu seems to be available, but the cod roe baguette was still there!! There was no honey butter baguette in the case, maybe sold out?? I'll try it next time.

What I ordered: chocolate chip scone and iced oat milk latte

This day at Dance Dance Dance I ordered a chocolate chip scone and an oat milk latte (iced).

It came out quickly so I carried it to my seat~ The scone looks so delicious. I'd already had two coffees that day, but I'd heard the oat latte here is good, so I ordered it without a second thought.

How is the chocolate chip scone?

The chocolate chip scone is studded with chocolate chips, a classic dessert that goes perfectly with coffee?? If you're like me and want a light dessert rather than a sandwich, I recommend the chocolate chip scone.

How is the oat milk latte?

The oat milk latte pairs bitter coffee with nutty oat milk.. if you usually enjoy oat lattes, it won't let you down!
