Raw beef & mungtigi set for a family meal in Buk-gu, Daegu: Bonghwa
Bonghwa Saenggogi Bonjeom is a raw beef and yukhoe (raw beef tartare) restaurant in the Unamji food alley of Buk-gu, Daegu. The writer ate the A course for two (120g yukhoe + 130g raw beef) in a private room with kids, and was struck by the generous side dishes — four bowls of seaweed soup and four fried eggs thrown in. With a bamboo-forest-view room and plenty of private rooms, it works well for a family gathering too.
