Weekend date BBQ with dual grill and minari in Dujeong-dong, Cheonan
Cham Dwaejitgan Cheonan Dujeong Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Dujeong-dong, Cheonan, that smokes pork over rice husk and charcoal. On a weekend evening, the writer and her boyfriend ordered two servings of pork belly, one of pork neck, and cold noodles, grilled entirely by staff on a dual grill plate that separates meat from kimchi and minari (water dropwort), which came generously included at no extra charge. With staff doing the grilling, conversation flowed freely, making it a solid pick for both a date night and a company dinner.
