It's open daily 10:30–20:00, with a break time from 14:30–16:30 and last order at 19:20. For parking, use the Danyang Gyeonggyeong Market public lot or the free riverside lot.

How busy is it at 11am on a weekday?

Even though I visited around 11am on a weekday, there were already people eating, and by 12 it filled up fast! Just so you know, weekends and vacation season can mean a wait.

What two people ordered, and what it cost

• Black garlic boiled pork, added as a single dish — ₩12,000

The food came out pretty quickly so we didn't have to wait long :) I wanted both the stir-fried squid and the boiled pork so I ordered like this ,, and the two of us ended up stuffed haha. The portions are so big that it's usually best to order per person, but if you want to try a bit of everything, I'd recommend just overeating once ^^ ✨

Wrap greens, side dishes and doenjang stew: what comes with the meal

Being a ssambap restaurant, you get all kinds of wrap greens and thick soybean paste dip. If you run low on greens, they'll refill them for you 🥬

There were plenty of side dishes too — the mushrooms and garlic scapes were so good I asked for refills more than once. The kimchi was tasty too, so I kept picking at it in between. The seasoned... something, thinly sliced radish? was also surprisingly good, the kind you keep reaching for ㅜ

A savory doenjang (soybean paste) stew comes as a default too, packed with tofu, zucchini, onion and more — so hearty, absolutely the best! There was even crab in the stew, so I let my mom have it ㅕㅕ

Black garlic rice, or multigrain rice on request

Look at the portion of this nutritious black garlic rice 🍚 it's packed in tight so there's a ton of it haha. If you'd rather have multigrain rice instead of black garlic rice, just mention it when ordering and they'll give you that instead. I managed to clean my whole bowl haha, my mom left half hers ㅜㅜ if only I hadn't been so full already, I would've finished it all!!!

How does the black garlic squid stir-fry taste?

Squid stir-fry loaded with black garlic sauce 🦑 the tender squid and the sweet-spicy sauce go so well together, and the subtle garlic aroma just makes it even better.

Put it on top of rice and it disappears instantly

I stacked several wrap leaves together for a good hearty wrap. Eat it with angelica leaf and it's incredibly good!

Is the black garlic boiled pork add-on worth 12,000 won?

The black garlic boiled pork ,, no gamey smell at all, moist and tender, so good — I hope everyone tries it. The garlic sauce drizzled on top is the real kicker 💥 a flavor everyone, young or old, will love.
