Cheonan pork belly restaurant with Boseong green pork: Cham Dwaejitgan
Cham Dwaejitgan Cheonan Dujeong Branch is a pork belly restaurant in Dujeong-dong, Cheonan, grilling Jirisan black pork and Boseong green pork over a patented rice-husk smoking plate. Because the husband dislikes five-layer pork belly, the couple ordered Boseong green pork samgyeopsal (pork belly), let the staff grill it for them, and added minari (water dropwort), potato wraps and doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew). Fried rice and drinks were skipped for the sake of dieting, but the pork belly alone was more than filling.
