Think Fruit near Hongik Univ. Station is famous as a go-to spot for handmade fruit soufflés. I was in Hongdae with close friends looking for a tasty dessert, and when we searched, the soufflé place at the very top was Think Fruit!! ❤️🍎🍉🍌🍒 It's known as a top handmade fruit soufflé spot. There's no parking ❌ so park at a nearby public or paid lot before you visit!

It's been a while since I looked out at such fresh green views from a café with such good vibes, and it's so healing~~ 🤍 Yahoo!! (pretending to be Gen Z at heart, lol) I came on a weekday lunch and it was really crowded. Think Fruit is a lovely café near Hongik Univ. Station for a Hongdae date, a wedding invitation get-together or a hangout with friends!! ☺️🌸

At Think Fruit this day we ordered the peach soufflé (₩22,000), the mango strawberry soufflé (₩23,000), a decaf iced americano (₩6,500) and an iced peach oolong tea (₩7,000). There's also a wide range of drinks, including parfaits, smoothies and milk teas.

We were told Think Fruit's soufflés are made to order and take about 20–30 minutes, so we got our drinks first!! The iced peach oolong tea is seriously, so, so good haha. My friends said at the exact same time, "What is this tea...? Why is it so good?" ☺️🙌🏻🙌🏻 It has a subtle peach flavor and tastes really refined (highly recommended).

The decaf americano has no sourness and a nutty, toasty taste, so it's a great cold coffee for a hot summer day!! A clean-tasting iced americano 😗 I recommend both the coffee and the tea!!

How was the peach soufflé at Think Fruit?

Think Fruit's peach soufflé was the best soufflé I've ever had. I've been to so many soufflé places, but I've never seen a café give this much fruit... And the peach is so sweet and the juiciness is crazy haha. They also give you ice cream and cream to eat with the fluffy soufflé haha. A sweet dessert that puts you in a good mood!! >_< 🤍🤍

Kyaaaah!! The owner is such a learned person!! Did they graduate from the University of Knowing Good Taste?? There's Greek yogurt inside the peach....! 😗🌸 ₩22,000 isn't a waste at all, it's a total bargain of a café. So sweet haha. Next time I'm in Hongdae I'll 100% revisit, no, 200%!! I'm claiming it as my regular spot, hahaha

Is the mango strawberry soufflé very sweet?

Think Fruit's mango strawberry soufflé isn't very sweet, just pleasantly sweet. It's packed with mango and strawberry 🍓🍑🍉🍎🍊🍒 Isn't the color combination so fresh and pretty!! And it comes with Häagen-Dazs ice cream, the best of the best!! The look of it puts you in a good mood before you even take a bite haha. If you come to Hongdae for a date, be sure to stop by Think Fruit near Hongik Univ. Station, a handmade fruit soufflé hotspot.
