Mokpo Korean BBQ ending with milmyeon and fried rice: Simdon
Simdon Mokpo Pyeonghwagwangjang Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant near Pyeonghwa Square (Peace Square) in Mokpo, where whole pork belly, jowl and pork skin arrive grilled together on one platter. The 650g medium Simdon assorted platter came with beef-bone milmyeon (cold wheat noodles in broth), spicy bibim milmyeon, fried rice for two, complimentary doenjang rice soup, and a loaded cheese egg custard given free to guests arriving before 6pm. Simdon is a good choice on a day you want several cuts plus a full meal without grilling anything yourself.
